Out with the Old, In with the New! - from Lynette

     
We can sure get in a rut with our "in" and "out" daily routines.  We get comfortable (or uncomfortable) with our daily tasks.  I want to challenge you to get rid of something "old" or change something this week.  "Get out of your Rut!"  Melanie decided she needed to change the time she went to bed.  Chris decided to change his once a week workout schedule.  What do you need to change or get rid of in your day?

With the "new" try something different, take a chance!   Maybe try a new class at the gym (Jump Rope Express?), make a healthy recipe, count sugars or proteins, run in a race, (great job Kimberly for signing up for a sprint triathlon), hike, swim, etc.   Results come from changes you make old and new. (Kim, I’m not talking about getting rid of old golf clubs and buying new ones!).  It is dangerous to get stuck in a rut.

Don't be afraid of change.  It will move you forward!  Have a great week!   Lynette
