over 100 different diet and exercise plans and
talked to dozens of top nutritionists, fitness trainers and doctors, including
Dr. Oz over a full 2 year span and got incredible results personally. His book is full of studies, what works, what doesn't work and solutions to our never ending issue of weight gain, weight loss.
Okay, this is my
question: How can we trust his findings and
will they work for us? A new study with the
American Journal of Preventive Medicine has summarized a solution as well:
Eat less, exercise more and switch to more healthful
foods. Hmmm – how simple! Maybe we think
way too much. Let’s keep it simple this week – East less, exercise more – you might be surprised at the results!
