Testimony from a client:

Almost 6 months have passed sinced I started the Kinesis/TRX meltdown class and I have achieved remarkable results. I have lost almost 24 pounds and I am moving toward the best condition of my life. I have cut five and a half minutes off my best 5k time. I have gained a toehold in the land of lean and plenty! Plenty of lean muscle, plenty of confidence, plenty of new smaller clothes, plenty of excellent eating habits, and plenty of support from Lynette and the other folks in my class. And now I am embarking on a new journey. At age 53 I am entered in a mini triathalon. A 250 yd swim, 10 mile bike ride, and a 2 mile run. It is very scary and very exciting at the same time. Imagine! A triathalon when only 6 months ago I was struggling to do anything physical. I know there are a lot of women who are just starting this journey and your end goal may not be an athletic event, but, the pure joy of knowing you have control of your eating habits, your pant size, and your life will be better than you have ever imagined. If you feel a little overwhelmed right now trying to get over the first or even second hurdle in this fight, just think about the middle aged woman who started where you are now and will be competing in one of the dumbest, um, I mean toughest athletic events ever devised. See you at the finish line! :)
