What is Chi-Running? Is it true…running effortlessly and  injury-free?

After a weekend home-study class with Danny Dryer’s book on Chi-Running, I tried running the Chi way on a hot Monday afternoon.  I ran 30 minutes. When I got home I was shocked.  There was no pain, no soreness, no heavy breathing – yet I ran a solid 30 minutes without stopping.  Could this be so simple?  Could my power running mentality be all wrong?

I’ve run many times since the proverbial “light-bulb moment”, always without pain.  More significant is that I’ve trained many to run the Chi-way with incredible results.  Chi-Running is for the elite runner as well as the beginner runner.  If you are a runner wanna-be or a marathon runner and want to run without pain, effortlessly or faster consider upcoming Workshops:  Yes, I even had the joy of training Bill Murray!
