I definitely believe in New Year’s Resolutions! One year I kicked my Diet Pepsi habit, another year I lost 20 unwanted pounds I shouldn’t have put on the year before, another year I was challenged to become a Body Step Instructor – and many more – check, check, check it off! Yeah – boy that feels good!
This year I have 2 Resolutions: #1 To not get stressed over little things (Okay, that’s pretty big – break it down – this leads to #2. Learn to Chi Run & teach and instruct others (Great way to lose weight, reduces stress, effortless and injury-free!).
I have over 50 hours of research and practice and have attended 2 workshops on this technique and I can testify it works and it’s fun and effortless! I have a hammer toe, a bunion, IT Band Syndrome, can’t breath right, tight hamstrings so I have very specific issues I have to deal with.
