Hi Everyone - I heard a good tip today to get through the Holidays! Know your trigger points - beware of People Places and Things!
People - Do spend time with people, that's what the season is about, renewing, enjoying and building relationships. Don't use food instead of conversation. Don't let others pull you into their unhealthy way of eating. Do be a leader in the way you eat!
Places - Do be careful at buffets! Don't go back for seconds, make good choices at your event. Don't go hungry!
Things - Do eat slowly, drink lots of water, carry gum or mints with you to take care of the urge for sweets.
