Jump Rope in 2012

Jumping Rope! ME ! I'm too old!
Not so! The fitness industry continues to support the great conditioning you get from jumping rope for continued strengthening of muscles and bones, lose fat while burning a ton of calories, flexibility and balance. Jumping rope is a fun exercise which helps to build your overall agility and endurance levels!

I am not good at jumping rope; but I want to give it a try this year. I like the challenge of being a Rocky Guru!
